Since cooking is part of the job description for most moms, once in a while I want to passs a go-to recipe along. There's no baking with these cookies so you whip them up anytime.
Peanut Butter Krispy Treats
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
5 cups rice cereal
Put first three ingredients in large pan on low heat. Stir and bring to slow boil. Add cereal and remove from heat. Mix thoroughly. Spead in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and let cool.
